• GOATed shoes- I have been wearing the Nike Free Metcon 5s for a year and they’re my favorite workout shoes i’ve ever had!!!

• Nothing new here- Last week they announced a spinoff of The Office (yay!), but I audibly sighed when I read the concept- it’s set around people who work at a newspaper (boo!). Is that seriously the best they can come up with?

• Stash your cash- If you are in a position to have savings, the interest rates on high yield savings accounts (HYS) are absolutely ripping (this is not financial advice- I am a rat who works in marketing so consider that). A lot of typical savings accounts have mayyyyybe a 1% interest rate, and right now my HYS has 4.75%. I’ve had a Synchrony account for 7 ish years now and it’s never steered me wrong.
